The Dreaded Cellulite!

Ok ladies. I have a question. We all know that the awful cottage cheese lumpy looking dimples, otherwise known as cellulite, are just our fat deposits. And no matter how much we may work out, if we have excess fat, it's not going away. It might be a little firmer, but it's still there. So, to all of you that have lost a fair amount of weight already, do you see a decrease in all the cellulite? I for one am hoping next summer to not have to wear Bermuda shorts!!

I haven't lost a ton of weight, but I'm almost to 50 pounds gone. About two months ago I started cupping sessions with my massage therapist. It has greatly reduced the appearance of cellulite, my skin is so much smoother. When he runs the cup over the areas that used to have a lot of cellulite, it's noticeably not as lumpy.

50 lbs is a lot in my opinion! So great job so far! I have about 75 to lose to be bak at a weight I was happy at. But if I can lose about 20-25 more I would be ecstatic!
