Low Carb Snack

I am looking for a low carb snack? I do Jerky but iy is high sodium. Couldn't tolerate nuts pre surgery so not going there now. Fruits are full of crabs. I don't want to just eat the Protein snack bar but I keep winding up back there because I can only eat so much sugar free Jello.

I am limiting my carbs to 50 a day.

Any ideas?

What about a hard boiled egg or deviled egg with avocado? You can also dice up a Seedless cucumber without the skin.

String cheese is always a go to for protein, calcium and low-carb.

Not to my taste but thank you for replying.

Sound good think I will get some for the coming week

My partner is stealing all my stuff too! He'll eat 2-3 of my yogurts in one session. Oh well, he's a growing boy!

jalepeno cheese strings delicious also, shrimp, cottage cheese, yogurt, turkey pepperoni, lunchmeat, left over meats.

Hehehehe, a growing boy...

My husband knows I can take him down, so he is at least smart enough to replace my stuff! He really likes my protein shakes so he makes a lot of trips to Costco :P

Oh oh oh!! "Dry fried tofu" is a good grab and go!

I cut my tofu into wedges then slowly fry them in a nonstick griddle to crisp them up and take out the liquid out, then you can season them. But I refrigerate them and eat them as is..

Imitation crab legs.

Never heard of that flavor. Where'd you get them?

Most grocery stores made by Kraft

In with all the string cheeses! I get mine at Safeway

I heard Polly-o (I think it might be regional) recently came out with Pizzeria flavored string cheese and I've been on the hunt for it lately. Heard it's super good.

That's why my family like the tomato basil tastes like pizza

I've been buying the jalapeno ones and making cheese sticks using wonton wrappers. Have to cut them in half or thirds but so yummy. I might have to try it with the tomato basil now for a true pizza taste. Mmm!
