Low Carb Snack

I am looking for a low carb snack? I do Jerky but iy is high sodium. Couldn't tolerate nuts pre surgery so not going there now. Fruits are full of crabs. I don't want to just eat the Protein snack bar but I keep winding up back there because I can only eat so much sugar free Jello.

I am limiting my carbs to 50 a day.

Any ideas?

So I got some Greek yogurt and cheese sticks today. I looked at the Wong tong wrappers because that sounded great but they were way to high in carbs. I had one of the 5oz greek yogurts this afternoon and was blown away I could not finish it. I was sleeve 12/5 and I still get amazed that I can only hold 3 to 4 ounces before feeling absolutely full and satisfied.

I also brought tofu. I have never cooked it so this will be new, but maybe tomorrow that Greek yogurt has me stuffed.

I take a 1/2 piece of sliced Colby jack and wrap it in a 1/2 slice of ham or turkey. I found that 3 or 4 of these are a great snack or even a meal.

That sounds good I could stick it in the pan like grilled cheese minus bread! yum

lol.. Sounds like a plan :)

One of my favorites is put some turkey pepperoni slices in the microwave for 30-60 seconds until they are like little meat flavored chips. Then dip in hummus. Or make your own high protein ranch dip with fat free Greek yogurt, skim milk and ranch dressing mix.
