I don't have a pre-op diet. I'm just not allowed to gain any weight what so ever. I put myself on a low calorie diet and track my eating on My Fitness Pal. I've lost 11 pounds in about 3 weeks.

Hello I am on the 19th and been on my pre-op diet since the 29th. Our doctor requires the Atkins phase one 40 grams of carbs or less. Congratulations to us all. But I will admit I am very nervous.

I'm also going on the 26th. Very excited. Slightly nervous. Mostly about the preop diet which I start this coming Tuesday. I'm going to go shopping this weekend and get everything all together for the preop and 2 weeks post op. I decided to use a vegetarian protein shake called Vega one. The whey protein really upsets my stomach, I've never really done well with dairy. While this shake is a little pricey, it tastes amazing (I like the vanilla chai and the chocolate) and has 1/2 your daily vitamin intake in one shake.

I can't wait for the 26th to get here already. Only on day 2 of the pre-op diet and I'm craving everything. Right now I want fish and chips.

Only 2 more day to go ;-)

I am the 27 congrats
