Hello everyone,

I know I have not been on here in a while but I just wanted to give and update on my progress. Word of encouragement, hang in there. I've been sleeved over a year and I'm still losing weight. I was stuck at 170 for over 6 months and I honestly thought that was it but finally the stall broke. I'm very happy and now I'm living my life again. I have taken back everything that the Devil stole from me. I'm walking in victory.

Thank you for the comment and yes I get a lot more comments since losing weight. I'm just grateful to be an inspiration to whomever wants encouragement. A lot of my friends have joined me and now they are losing weight too.
