    Hello everyone, I know I have not been on here in a while but I just wanted to give and update on my progress. Word of encouragement, hang in there. I've been sleeved over a year and I'm still losing weight. I was stuck at 170 for over 6 months and I honestly thought that was it but finally the stall broke. I'm very happy and now I'm living my life again. I have taken back everything that the Devil stole from me. I'm walking in victory.

    Hello everyone, Just stopping by to post some before and after pics. I'm still 7 lbs away from goal but I'm totally happy I'm not where I used to be. I give all Glory to God because without Him none of this would be possible. It's been a long journey. My advice to those who are just starting would be to hang in there, your day will come.     Yes VSG_me the way He guided me through this process He truly deserves all the praise. I was almost banded but my insurance would not allow me to be banded at a hospital that was NOT a center of excellence. I had to find another Doc and when I did he had other choices such as the sleeve. So I feel God guided me away from the band to the sleeve. I have a few friends who were banded before I was sleeved and they have not even lost 20 lbs

    Thank you for the comment and yes I get a lot more comments since losing weight. I'm just grateful to be an inspiration to whomever wants encouragement. A lot of my friends have joined me and now they are losing weight too.

    Hang in there. You can do it. I got sleeved 1 wk before Thanksgiving 2011 and it was tough. Watching everybody eat Mamas cooking was brutal. I got through it and so will you. You will look back on this post and laugh sooner than you think.
