YESSSS lets do it. I already started this morning anyway because this week I've been out of control. Last week I was a saint and it started with a little reward but got out of hand. So thank you my dear and hold me accountable.

I have not had this problem. The only thing I can think of is to ask your doc to check you to see if you are deficient on any vitamins. I hope you find an answer soon. Also MaryKay has a great product for acne if you have not already tried that. http://marykay.com/lashondracanhelp

I was vitamin b deficient before surgery. I take monthly shots and now test normal. Will your doc give you shots or pills?

First let me congratulate you on all your weight loss thus far. You are definitely NOT a failure. You ARE an inspiration to so many. From time to time we have a little set back but when we sit back and think things through, we press forward even when it seems so hard to do. You've come too far to give up now. You CAN do this. Please don't give up. Be encouraged and you are NOT I repeat NOT a failure.

It took 2 weeks for my throat to feel normal again. This pain is no joke. Hang in there and try to suck on ice to soothe the pain.

I tell the ones I feel can benefit from this. Since I've had my surgery, 5 friends have had it and 3 others are going though the process. If they are already skinny, then none of their business lol.

You can do this! I have faith in you. Get back on track. Go on a 3 day liquid diet and write down everything you eat thereafter. YOU CAN DO THIS! I'm proud of you already!
