  1. I'm now wearing a 7 1/2. I was wearing an 8 or 8 1/2 depending on the shoe. I no longer have to have wide shoes. My feet actually look cute now lol.
  2. First of all welcome to VSG ! Congrats on getting started on your new journey. I pray all goes smoothly for you.
  3. Congrats on you accomplishment so far!! Have you asked your doc for some protonix or other meds for your heartburn? I use to have lots of acid and took protonix daily after surgery, now I only take them if needed. Again congrats.
  4. First of all congrats on your journey. Follow your doc's advice and chew very slowly and take it one bite at a time. if you feel full don't take the extra bite just stop. Do not drink for at least 30-45 minutes after each meal. If you are having problems with gas, be sure to get a prescription from your doc to help with that because this will help to keep you from being nauseous. I hope this helps.

You will be fine. I was afraid of a leak too but look at me now. I'm doing so good. Just follow your doc's advice and you should be ok.
  13. I'm sorry to hear this. Are you taking anything for acid?
  14. YAYYYYYYY CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. It could be acid. I took protonix daily for the 1st 3 months after surgery because of acid but now I take it as needed. G2 gatorade will help keep you from being dehydrated. It is also low in calories and have no sugar or fat I believe.
  16. Well first of all I want to congratulate you on your achievement so far. 128 lbs is an AWESOME weight loss. Please don't be too hard on yourself. There is a forum on here called basic boot camp posted by Littlemissdiva which will show you some things you can do to get back on track. I personally will go on a 3 day optifast diet when ever I find myself getting off track and this helps to rejump things for me. I'm sorry I don't have much to offer but I hope this helps.
