I did too. Your body is just adjusting to everything it went through. Iv's, surgery, trauma. You are swollen inside your body as well. Trust me, you will lose it. It's impossible to gain it at this stage in the game. You just have to heal up a bit.

I agree, you did not gain fat, but you might just be more hydrated now that you are getting further out. Don't worry, you will lose it plus a lot more!

Don't panic, your body is prob just adjusting to all the recent changes. The scale will go down.

I put on twelve pounds after surgery, all fluid and it came off quickly. Yours will too stay hydrated and rest you need to heal the weight loss will happen I promise.

I agree with the others above. Don't panic ooffa! Your body will go through lots of changes. It helped me to focus on hydration, protien, movement etc. There will be lots of ups and downs and changes you will experience. For me, it has all been worth it!!!! I haven't felt this happy in a long time. And let me tell you, I'm almost a year out. Even though in the begining you feel stalled or that it's not happening fast enough, it actually flies by! I cannot believe I am here. Hope this helps kiddo. Hang tight!!

I agree with everyone above.

Happy Birthday to you

Thanx everyone. You made me feel better!! I'm 30 today and feeling fab!!!

Have a wonderful birthday!!
