Anyone Taking B12 Injections?

Just had my three month check up. 106 pounds gone and doing pretty good. Dr put me on b12 injections because I get dizzy when I get up too quickly. Anyone else had this and did b12 injections help?

I take sublingual B12 every day and my labs have been fine. Lots of people take the injections around here, so you should get a response on that. I was astounded at your weight loss, 106 pounds gone?!?!!! WOWWWWW!! Great job of working that sleeve!!

I just started a b12 injection. I am almost six months out. I give them to myself. I am in shock I can because I am terrified of needles. They make me feel much better! You will not regret taking them.

I take b12 injections because I was low and chronic amemia but now my levels are a normal range and they have been ever since.
