February Sleevers

I'm set up for February 4th. Seems like forever away. People keep telling me, "oh don't worry". It bugs me cause I'm not worried. What seems to keep popping in my head is, am I doing the right thing.

I would like to here what others are thinking, going through.

My Doctors plan is two days preop clear liquid, not 10 like I've been reading on here. Anyone else similar?

Thanks,

Kimo

Hi everyone' date=' this is my first post- I'm getting sleeved Monday (the 25th) I'm nervous and excited - it'll be at st Agnes in Baltimore, is anyone else going(or gone) there?[/quote']

I'm going in on the 26. In NY. Lenox hospital. The count down has begun. And I'm also new to this site. I'm also nervous and excited.

I'm 18 days post op. had a regular cup of coffee and it was marvelous! Having trouble tolerating soft foods though and figuring out when I had enough until its too late. then i get that awfully uncomfortable feeling between my shoulder blades that I ate too much or too fast. I wish I could just stay on liquids. It was so much easier for me!! I just need to S-L-O-W down!!!

I was wondering about coffee. I get sleeved on the 26th. So just trying to get some insite about thing. I'm nervous and scared. Slow down so you have a safe and speedy recovery.
