I am 1 week and a half weeks post op. started breaking out in a rash on my inner thighs, inner biceps, breasts and feet. It's red spots slightly raised, slightly itchy. Left a message with the doctors office. Any clue???

Saturday I started my Biotin, flinestones, tums and Calcium (all of which I have had in the past at some point).

Sounds like an allergic reaction to something, I'd stop the Biotin as that one isn't a necessity and see if that helps it; if not, definitely talk to your Dr. about the other Vitamins

I have a similar rash, but only on my arms. I think I found my culprit, a new Protein Shake, Strawberries and Cream. My rash started about 6 days after drinking this Protein (I drank it everyday, I was so sick of the chocolate, never thought that I would say that lol) I've stopped the new drink for about 3 days.

I just finished Biotine and Vitamin B5 injections. Sometimes people have reactions after stopping something. Sometimes I think my rash is better, sometimes not.

Have you started any new foods?

Anyway, I think we both need to see our doctor. Good luck.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
