You really need the Protein. I'm surprised your NUT would recommend cream Soups. Have you tried Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter? When I started on mushy food sthat was one of m options and I could have 2TBSP's red. fat PB. It was much more tolerable' date=' for me, than chicken, etc.

I think the light-headed issues are dehydration. Water, Water, water![/quote']

Have you tried the PB2? It's much better for you than the low fat PB and way way less calories. Once you get practiced at mixing it up its very good.

It's basically dehydrated peanuts. It's Peanut Butter in powder form. You mix it with Water and you have instant Peanut Butter. It has about 1/4 the calories of regular peanut butter, and a much better nutritional ratio than low fat peanut butter. For me, the best part is you have to mix it up. A regular jar of peanut butter is too tempting for me and too easy to just grab a spoon and have at it.

Where do you buy this? Sounds great.

Gaining is ok because it tells you that you're not giving your body what it needs. Try some Protein and more Water. You may even need to up your calories. Same thing happen to me, two days after my protein increase I lost 3 pounds. Try something different it what your doing isn't working. The weight will come off.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
