Good for you, if that is your goal but size 0 is scarey to me. Why? because it is way below my goal of 159 which is a size 4 for me...To me a size 0 is my daughter who looks too thin and unhealthy. You look good in your photos but just the 0 size scares me personally.

I'm in an 18. I can't even imagine a 0. I can't even wrap my mind around the possibility! I'm hopeful but skeptical.

Really? Why couldn't you just say congrats and leave it at that. She doesn't look unhealthy AT ALL in her pic as you said so why even bring up that negative stuff in such a positive post where she's celebrating her success?

You look so fantastic! You can rock a bare midriff too... Lucky girl!

I would look at this... if you can wear a 0 and maintain health, then relax your fear... it might be keeping you from your goals.... Everyone is built differently.. I could never wear a 0 and be healthy... I would be lucky to get into an 8 and not have everyone say I am a bone rack! Others can look and feel fantastic in a 0. Also, watch out for vanity sizing, it can change from store to store and brand to brand. Keep and eye on how you feel... your labs, and all the other ways one can measure the ideal weight, not just a size.

You know...I've seen the poster who posted her zero concerns post many times and I can't say that even once I saw her post something negative. I don't read what she said here as negative...more positive in that she said she saw zero as a bad thing but this OP looks great. I think a "reread" is in order as well as an appology. She was congratulating and sharing, nothing more, and nothing negative.

And to the OP...you look great in those jeans (and ummm I love the shoes too LOL...I'm a shoe girl). I would add that I also saw the zero size as "too skinny" but you have gorgeous curves....ideal actually IMO. It's nice to know that zero does not equal scared skinny LOL Great work!!!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
