I'm leaving that morning for San Diego. Going to do some volunteer work on disabled veterans for the week. I will be at the next one!!!

I will be on an east coast extravaganza that week too...

Lets also try to do a local get together for a walk or bike ride on the Burke Gilman (Bothell to Seattle area) or Sammamish River Trail (Woodinville to Redmond)

Although I would not mind a good lightning storm here and there. last Friday was awesome! We otherwise have pretty boring weather here in Washington.

Eastern Washington had real pretty and exciting storms,but flash flooding and a bit damage to the roof at my house over there

Bummer! I'd like to meet all the famous people too! But we'll be in Paris. OK, so maybe not so much of a bummer.

The bummer will be I'll have just started week 6 or 7 and soft foods while we're there. Give me strength against bread, nutella, sausages, bread. And bread. But at least there's a possibility I'll be able to shop for clothing this time. :-)

And that no mean old lady will call me fat again.

I was sleeved at Puget Sound Surgical Center in Edmonds.

I live in Capitol Hill M-F and Port Orchard on the weekends.

It would be cool to have some kind of gathering!

This is the first time I've seen Kitsap here! I grew up in Port Orchard and am now in Silverdale. Usually when I tell someone I'm from Kitsap (oh, like the nurse at NWWLS during my 1 mo. post op...), they ask me where that is and then say something ridiculous like "Oh, that's what's on the other side of the bridge!" or "Is that where the ferry goes? I've never been over there." Nothing to say but wow...
