Cool, what where your high lbs, surgery lbs & current lbs? How are you feeling, healing & eating? For me so far everything has been bearable. Weight is slow coming off due previous issues & medications but I'm cool with it a lose is a lose.

F.Y.I. I track everything on myfitnesspal.com I'm APerfect10Again and it has helped me tremendously. If you have or create an account you can add me. It is helpful & inspirational to see others experiences & outcomes!

Hope everyone has great results come 18 to 24 months out!

Hi December Sleevers!! I was sleeved 12/20 and feeling good. As an extra added bonus, my gallbladder was removed (it contained a very large stone) and I also had a hiatial hernia repair!! I'm down over 13 pounds since starting the pre-op diet on 12/1/12.

Last night noticed a warm, red area above IV site. Dr. looked at it today and thinks its an infection. So now I have to fit a liquid antibiotic into my liquid schedule 3 times a day! Ha.

I acutally started a spread sheet in EXCEL, adjust the times each morning according to when I get up, and print it each day. I have a personalized schedule for the day and check each item off as I go. Seems to be working.

Anyone else out there have to self inject Claxon to prevent clots? I've been doing that myself since my 2nd day home. Only 5 days left for that. Kinda freaked me out.

Glad I went through with my decision!!!

Hey congrats on loss! Aside from infection you sound like all us well. I had to do 10 day Enoxaparin Sodium Injection it was not a big deal since I had done HCG Injections, but I will say the last 2-3 border on painful with little more burn than usual. I'm losing slow but losing all the same. I plan on doing liquid diet until Jan 1 then moving to purses. Hopefully, it aids in a loss if not no harm. Also, plan to step up my exercise. I plan on being a HUGE success! Good luck & keep in touch.

We're those injections the lovenox? They didn't bother my tummy until the last 3 or 4 then they started hurting stabbing myself. So weird!

Well today was my first day of soft foods. I was so excited!! Had an egg and some melted cheese. Could only get half of it down. Still was the best egg I've ever eaten.

I was sleeved on/26. I had ZEROz issues. Doing reasonably well. Really tired and small pains to deal with

I just had some refried beans. They are delish!

I'm doing better this week. Was having a hard time trying to get all my liquids in. But everyday is getting better.

I was sleeved on 12/20/12, and as of today (eight days out) I'm down 16lbs! I've also had my first NSV! I love this place, and all the support, and I had a pretty easy way on this road to skinny! (:

When were u sleeved? I was sleeved the 18 and I'm having a hard time holding anything down.. I'm so jealous :( .i love Water I wish I could chug a 20 oz Poland spring without fear... Will I ever?

Ok my fellow sleevers. I was sleeved on 12/26 and trying to figure out what I can get down. Ive tried chicken broth (can get a couple of teaspoons down before my stomach tells me that's enough) ive tried SF jello with the same results. I have been sipping water all day. Am I being too impatient ?

i was sleeved the same day and i cannot tolerate the protein shakes they make my stomach hurt. i tried to eat chili with no beans or meat so basically the sauce and it was good. i am trying to do better with liquids too! on another note- i made a mistake of trying to eat a quarter size piece of hamburger and i almost burst and it came right up. thats what i get !

Sleeved yesterday, 12/28. Laying here in my room. I woke up in the most horrible pain ever.....one side of my back hurting .... Still hurting more than incisions, and yes I have had surgeries before...2 c sections... I guess maybe I was not positioned well???
