I had no idea just how tiny my stomach was afterwards. The width of a pen? That's mental. But very helpful. Now I'm much less inclined to cheat than I might have been before.

This video really brings it home on how important it is to have a skilled surgeon. Wow they are so close to the spleen,diaphragm and actually move the liver to get to the top of your stomache. Amazing. Just watched it again.

I had no idea as to just how small my sleeve is!! Certainly drives home the point of weighing everything before I eat!! Thanks
