Are you a member of myfitnesspal ? A lot of us keep food journals on there. There is a myfitnesspal add me thread here somewhere. My user name is wolfgirl78

I'm on my fitness pal and I'm kimiwilly on there pls feel free to add me. The app is a great way to track your intake.

I'm Lissa912 on My Fitness Pal. LOTS of great ideas for what to eat on there... It definitely encourages you to keep track.

I am 1 week post op and using MFP. Add me BellaRoma713. My daily food logs aren't very interesting--just liquids right now.

stokesmommy please sf me top

I have not been using MFP, but do journal every day. I write down things like

1, weight

2. energy level

3. pain level

4. Vitamins taken and at what times

5. food eaten including stats about Protein, calories and carb amounts. I also note the time it is eaten.

6. Water consumed including info about ounces and time

7. Activities including info about type, distance and approx calories burned.

8. Prescription meds taken

9. General notes

I found that this tracking helped me stay the course and also to get an appreciation of good days, bad days and patterns. It also helped with predicting weight loss based upon the patterns.

Good luck.
