I finally got my period. Doc said hormones are funning crazy right now with rapid weight loss. She also said it would be extremely easy to become pregnant with a large amount of weight loss. Pretty much the more you lose the more fertile you are? My periods are heavy no matter what but I do has a friend that is a yr post sx and she says her periods are way lighter

I don't think pills bc of hormones and blood clots? Not 100% sure

Has anyone experienced NOT having a period after surgery? I'm 4 weeks out and have no signs of it. I've taken 2 pg test and they're both negative. Anyone else??

I was sleeved 9/24. 30lbs preop... Only about 10 Since surgery... Totally over liquid stage. What all are y'all expecting to eat next 2 weeks??

26! Had surgery Monday! Started at 280 super nervous about loose skin since I was self pay not sure if I could afford plastic surgery as well!!! I can't wait to be "comfortable" in my own skin!!!

Same date. 9/24 a day ill never forget! . From south Texas!

Yay! You can do it I started at 307 and by surgery day (about 6 weeks later ) i was 280! 5 days post op and I'm 273!

Re routing of the intestines scared me! And several ppl I know with the bypass had malabsorption and some gained it back!
