Hello, biotene mouth spray(sp) its for dry mouth and some other things with the mouth. It's in the area where the mouthwash is. I think you can find a pill crusher at cvs walgreens Walmart. I will look for the liquid tylonel Monday.

I found my pill crusher at Walmart over where they have the pill containers that you can put your pills in for every day of the week. Haven't looked for the liquid tylenol yet but it will be a generic brand as tylenol doesn't actually make it anymore

Wow that was quick. I probably could of had it already but my first appt was beginning of July and then I was away at a grad class for a week then 2 weeks down the shore. So 2nd surgeon appt was not till August. Got out of the sleep study and cardiac stuff. Just met with the doctors and got signed off of those. Plus could of been a week earlier if my pcp didnt drop the ball and sent her letter in when she said she would.

What are you packing for the hospital?

Haven't even given it a thought. Hospital says don't bring cell phones, etc but my hubby is dropping me off and going home with the kids so I have to be able to call people to let them know I'm ok. I was told to bring a small pillow to hold against your stomach while walking and getting up. Plus I'm a baby and I always bring my own pillow to sleep on.

I am the 25th also in Mexico with Dr Alvarez. I worked last night and drove halfway thru Texas.

I think I have EVERYTHING! broth, Popsicles, Isopure's, mio's to help the Isopure's, baby spoons and little dishes, mug warmer, heating pad, Biotin, gas-x - I feel a little OCD!!

I am nervous but excited in a tummy rolling mix! Best wishes to everyone for fast painless healing!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
