July Sleevers----Where Ya At? :-)

Recommended Posts

Sleeved July 2nd

Started at 384lbs

On Easter I'm down 145 lbs and weighed in at 239lbs. Got 49 more pounds and it looks like these are going to be the toughest. Have only lost 9 pounds in the past 8 weeks. Guess its time to step up the intensity so I can reach goal.

I was sleeved in July as well. To date I have lost 70 lbs. Yes, I could probably lose another 10-15 lbs as well... but I am ok with the loss. I believe I may have hit the wall. I look and feel great. You can't beat that.

I haven't lost much since Jan, but I have been close/at goal since then anyway. I hover between 126-128 now. I would have never believed I would wear a 2. Lets hope I can stay here! I feel great, and look excellent too! Sure I have a bit of skin (I lost 85-90 lbs) I was sleeved 7/18.

I was sleeved on 4/2/2013. Down 54 lbs in 42 days. Over 1/2 way to my goal of just above 200 lbs. Stalled only once so far for 4 or 5 days while at 30 lbs lost, but kept focused on the goal and started losing again. Good luck to all of you fellow sleevers and keep your eye on the prize! (Don't stray from your diet...which is what I am attributing my success to).

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
