Today is September 2 and one month today (October 2) I will be admitted to hospital to have my vertical sleeve gastrectomy
I just pray to god that I can get 15lbs of weight of by then! I'm on a 4 week diet of protein shakes, water and low sodium chicken broth. Happy sleeving everyone !
