That is such a subjective question--there are lots of different scales. It just depends on what you think is important. Do you want one that tells you the BMI too, measures in pounds and ounces, or is Bluetooth capable to work with a FitBit or weight tracking program?

I always say don't buy a scale. Don't weigh yourself, that's what the scale at the doctor's office is for. Just my opinion, of course. :)

I am scale freak. I need to weight myself every day and sometimes twice a day in the morning and at night. and I LOVE my scale which put info online so I can see the graph and etc...

again just base on my previous diet experience it help me to control myself. as soon as I stop stepping on the scale I start gaining :)

I use withing scale and I think due to this scale I don't need to be on 6 months diet. I just brought the chart from the site for 2 years ( this is how long I am using them)

The wi scale sounds cool! I love gadgets. Does it track small increases or decreases correctly? I researched scales several years back and in the fine print somewhere, almost all of them said that it remembers and displays the previous weight unless it's different by more than 2 pounds! I want ounces measured! I used to have a 5 pound hand weight that I would put on the scale with me, then take it off just to be sure it was giving the correct number.

My husband hid my by the directions of nutritionist. She wants me to break my habit of everyday/twice a day or more weighing habit. But I had/have the:

EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom scale w/ Extra Large Backlit 3.5" Display and "Step-On" Technology 28.95 at Amazon. I love it! Pretty accurate. Let me tell you I have put it to the test. Hop on Hop off, that was my routine. Did not fail me.

It keeps all weights every time you step on them it would keep the numbers. ( even if you prefer not to save it :)) I tested it keep all my 5 times I step on them during one minute

but to see it on the graph you need to switch to daily view and it will show all of them otherwise it will show the latest one only.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
