Gas Gas And More Stuck Gas

I have gas x strips and they have helped some, I have walked, I feel like lying on my belly with a pillow and this might help....Urgh so gassy!

When my kids were little and had gas, I would have them lay with their heads down on their pillows, kneeling, with their fannies up. I think the positions of the knees pressing their tummies helped.

I am waiting insurance approval.
