Stopped Lossing Lbs

Good day all. I am 15 days out from surgery, I have stopped losing weight. Not an ounce in 5 days. I have been very active walking about 30-45 minutes per day. I have been consuming my protein and water. No mush allowed for another week. Is this normal? Any advice to get things going again?

I was sleeved August 1, and I've been up and down all week. I know I should put the scale away, but old habits are hard to break. I have a net loss for the week, but I've also had days several days t

Well, to be honest, I don't weigh myself often enough to notice a stall. You are doing great with the water, but you need to basicly double your protien intake. Protein is what your body is using fo

I'm newly sleeved but when I would stall on hcg, I would measure and would notice I was losing inches and my clothes would start fitting better. I've found my body has a way of moving things around in a stall.

Ohhh so that is what it is! A stall! I was starting to get very discouraged... now I feel better. I had the surgery Aug. 1st and lost 21 lbs so far (3 weeks in). It so frustrating! I have been watching what Im eating, and walking regularly! Hopefully it will start up again. I do have to say that I have been losing inches though! I measure myself once a week and keep track of my progress. If anything, this is what has helped me through this stall period!!

needed this question too...I am an Aug. 1st sleever and stalled currently even though I am following every instruction about diet and exercise.... it is quite a test of perserverence. I just know there is no way to live like this and not begin loosing again, ready and waiting for the fat to start melting away. Glad I'm not the only one.

Same here iam just about stalled at 3weeks. I can't wait to eat real food. But I do see the inches coming off.

I was sleeved August 1, and I've been up and down all week. I know I should put the scale away, but old habits are hard to break. I have a net loss for the week, but I've also had days several days that I gained. We just have to stick with the plan and we will see the scale start moving again.

On a brighter note, I had to go shopping today and buy a few shirts, because everything I have is too big! I went down a full size, WHOOO HOOO!
