Hi,

Just wondering if anyone found something to mix in with Protein powder so that you can just put it on a spoon and get it down quickly? If so, which Protein Powder is the most tolerable taste wise? Sort of like cough syrup -- it tastes gross but it's a couple of spoons and boom, it over.

I haven't tried any yet but the pharmacy at my grocery store HEB has lots of Protein foods like Jellos and Puddings and a lot of it is formulated with low carbs for diabetics...I imagine other grocery pharmacies probably have these things too like Safeway or Kroeger or I have not seen these products at Walmart but don't I go there often they may have them too now...

When you go to my settings, you can change it in profile settings. Scroll down until you see member title.
