I was just curious if anyone else is on the same Vitamin regime is me, i'd assume we are all similar.

2 Centrum chewables daily

1 1000mg B12 subl daily

1 1000mg calcium citrate chewable.< /p>

I am having sooo much trouble finding Calcium citrate chewables, does anyone know where to buy this??

calcium citrate chewables are available mostly from specialty bariatric sites. I get mine from Bariatric Advantage, but vitacost and other sites also have them. You can find liquid Calcium citrate a little easier--Costco.com sells one called Reviva and I think Walmart also carries a liquid.

I use the cherry flavored Calcium PLUS 500 (it has Vit D in it, as well) from Celebrate. My daily schedule for supplements/meds is as follows:

early morning - 1 Flintstones Complete chewable

1 Celebrate sublingual Vit B12

1 Actigall capsule (opened and poured into 2 TBSP sugar free applesauce)

2tsp liquid Zantac

10am - 1 Celebrate Calcium PLUS 500 chewable

1pm - 1 Celebrate Calcium PLUS 500 chewable

4pm - 1 Celebrate Calcium PLUS 500 chewable

late evening - 1 Flintstones complete

1 Actigall (mixed in SF applesauce)

2 tsp liquid Zantac

1 dissolvable Prevacid tablet

If I'm going to be away from home during the day, I always take calcium chewables with me, so I don't miss a dose.

Best of luck!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
