    Almost 10 months out. I've lost 138 pounds. Started at 277 n now I'm 139 pounds. March 19th will b a yr for me. No regrets.

    Thanks! Yes I am so amazed by this process and how things are going. My pictures and looking at everyone else pictures are my motivation! We are almost at 3 months out and we have a little ways to go but I know we will all do good!
