2 Weeks Out, No Weight Loss In 3 Days?!

So I was doing fine, but my weight loss has stopped for 3 days now. Any ideas on why so soon? I am taking in around 500 calories and 50 gr of protein. Most of that from protein shakes. Any thoughts?

I'm interested in this. I am 1.5 weeks post op, and have been losing a lb a day, except this morning. I knew it was a lot to hope for a continued pound a day weight loss, but was loving it while i had it. I was wondering how long that would last, but this morning I got my answer, lol. Hoping for another pound in the morning. We'll see. I'm only getting about 400 calories.

Same thing happened to me. I was a wreck over it. I felt like it spilled into the 3rd one too. For myself (and this is the way my PA said it often goes) you may not steadily lose. It's like it stops, and then goes down, and then stops, and then goes down. I have definitely found my scale does that. I know it is frustrateing but it will move. There is no way it can't. But think of it as maybe your body is holding on and then just let's it go. It may keep doing that. Make sure you keep up the great work with your calories and protein. You're doing awesome! But also make sure you are getting your fluids in. That is super important, esp with the heat. I know right now its super hard to drink a ton, but just keep at it. Every oz counts!

U are gonna have stalls . One at 2-3 weeks another at 6weeks so on. After you bodies loose weight it then has to adjust. Its so normal
