I had a really bad problem after my surgery with Acid Reflux... I ended up in the hospital for 3 weeks but it got better.... Give ur body at least 6 months to adjust

I was about 3 months out before my hair started thinning . I have long thick Locs so only I could tell no one else noticed. But I could feel the difference. Hair loss is not avoidable but it's short term and ur hair will grow back! Thank God the fat won't! Really no chemicals !!! Keep it as natural as possible

I am a year and a month out and stalls happen it your body re-adjusting ...

Well I was 9 months out and I had a shot if tequila... I vomited within mins ..... Oh well !

To be honest I am not ready to have a baby. I can barely eat with out morning sickness. I am soooo miserble and I don't believe I can be healthy or keep my baby healthy now.... I really need a year or more. Anyway I am overwhelmed right now.

Guys... this has been so hard and so lonely. I really Thank all of you for taking the time to say something.... even if what you said hurt at least to care enough to respond. I have not been in a mental of physical place to reply.. Yes I am doing better... but it sooo hard...anyways. Thanks again

No Judgement there....Thanks. So glad u can endure all that... its amazing that one person has a heart attack and dies and the next has one and lives another 50years.... Be careful when u judge someones life u check ur personal life.... and ur ruler BTW.... I just got out of the hospital I was nine weeks and miscarried. Something about not every body being the same... put me on TPN... couldn't eat for so long...well that don't matter... Ms super strong throwing up every 15min ... I guess my body couldn't handle it.

I was sleeved May29.. I have morning (all day) sickness now. I had it with both my kids until my 3rd trimester.

Based on when I had sex...it could only be 2weeks.

Are you saying going on IV ...I don't understand. I already has terrible acid reflux that have gotten under control. I am soooo sick. I don't think I would be healthy at all.

I am really considering to naturally miscarry. I was barely eating 40grams of protein per day.. now I can't eat one meal. I can not handle this

I was sleeved May 29th. I was 272 now I am 206. I must be honest I have not hit the gym one time. I was in a bad car accident in April...then the surgery.. I love my sleeve. Thank God for it. I would love to start getting toned... I eat about 800 or less calories a day trying to keep the protein UP...

I'm so proud for you doing all that wonderful weight loss so what your friends on saying thing trust and believe they are thinking it. Don't worry they will come around. But it is important for US to voice that we are disappointed. Let them know you need to hear it...

I was sleeved 5/29 and I am having serious issues with acid reflux. I don't get the burn that every talks about its more like bubbles that keeps moving. It makes eating very hard...like I need another reason not to eat. It affects me all day no matter what I eat or drink. (Even water) Has anyone else had this issue? Does it eventually go away? BTW I never had these issues before.

well guys thanks for all the input today I'm on my way to see it acupuncturists. I read on the group that someone saw 1 and she never had a problem with acid reflux again. I really pray that says what happened to me. I did a bit a research and it seems that acid reflux is definitely 1 of the things that they can help with.

I probably should have mentioned earlier that I've already tried of cocktail medicines. I was in the hospital for 2weeks post op and this was one of my issues. I just really wanna know based on experience is this gonna be a life long issue?

I was sleeved May 29th and my journey has been full of ups and downs. So now 2 1/2 months out I am on the upside. I just don't feel smaller! People keep saying wow Ken you have really lost weight or wow ur smaller. I notice my clothes or looser BUT... my eyes don't see it. I wanna see it sooo bad. And I know this was not brain surgery..but a lil preception surgery may be needed. I have lot abt 40lbs... still somewhat in the same size clothes...anyway. I am afraid to even try on smaller clothes..what if they don't fit...then what...Depression. Help advise needed

I did hcg... Lost 34 lbs in 28 days... I think it's wonderful. My brother did the entire 4 step program for a year a dropped 72 lbs

Well .... I did it I tried on smaller clothes. It's so upsetting because I don't wanna be sad. I fit these pants that I had for yearsssss you know the ones you never give away because you tell your self I'm gonna lose weight and get into these. Not only did I fit them ... I had too much room. I still am having problems losing the fat girl in the mirror. Why does she still wave at me like... No matter how much you lose...I'm here. The mirror even told me the only reason the med shirt fits is because it's a big med.... ugggh

Please believe me....it gets better . I thought i would never say that but now i can say ....it really does.. I even had a set back that put me back in the hospital for 2weeks. I even began regreting my choice. It takes time for your body to reset... Some get there quickly others (Like us) take a while. But you will get there.

Simply tell them ... I perfer to be put under. Its your body
