This is the hardest part! The hunger monster sucks! Your doing great and it will get easier. Great job BTW!

Congratulations!! It's always exciting to see a loss on the scale, and just think, this is the last time you will ever see those numbers again.

I am new to this.. Just registered. I am on day 9 of my pre op diet. I have lost 7 lbs so far. I just miss chewing more than anything else.

Congrats on your 7 pounds! I also had my pre-op today. This was my 10th day on the liquid diet. And I am right there with you, I am hungry! My surgery is Monday and it can't come fast enough either!

My surgery date is Aug 15th so i am 28 days away. I only have to do my liquid diet the week before surgery. I decided i would start preparing myself now and start liquids 3 days on 3 days off all the way up until the week before my surgery. Hopefully this will help to prepare me...and hopefully i will benefit from it and lose a little LBs lol. Good luck to you!
