Hi I'm Fred, first let me explain, it was my wife that was just banded. I have been educating myself through this amazing website since she first started exploring banding, and it was a HUGE help when talking to the doctor to know the right questions and understand what to expect (Thank you all).
My wife (Kim) was banded in the AM and by evening was doing laps around the hospital (slowly) by evening she felt a lot of back pain and gas but had a great attitude (meds helped the pain) anyway she came home yesterday and was immediately overwhelmed with nausea and she vomited a little. she seems to get mild hiccups that make her feel sick. I talked to the doctor and have a plan as to when I might need to take her back to the Hosp. She kept down about 16 oz of water overnight. Any similar experiences out there? She really does not want to go back to the Hospital but I'm not going to let her take any chances.
Thanks again for an awesome site.
Fred
