Saw this Chobani Greek Yogurt Conversion Chart for use in replacing butter, mayo, oil, etc. in recipes. I plan to try it and wanted to share with y'all.

  • If you like ranch dressing mix the powder hidden valley packet in non fat plain Greek yogurt and you have ranch dressing! My nutritionist told me about it and it taste wonderful!!

I use it to marinate chicken. I usually do the yogurt with hot sauce, refridge it for at least 30-60 min, and grill or bake. The chicken stays very tender and tastes great. You can probably add any flavor/spice you want to the yogurt instead of hot sauce...
