I'm actually hoping my breasts get a bit smaller, but so far they are the only place I haven't lost weight from. Right now I'm a DD and would prefer to be a C or D. I'm pretty close to goal, so I don't have a lot of faith that they are going to get any smaller.

I've heard reports of both ways on here. Some can't get rid of their bazongas if they TRY, and others of us...welll....now they're just bruising my knees.

So far, I have gone from a 42DD to a 38C, almost B. I can pretty much fit my boobs in the palm of my hands easily now, *sigh*. I wouldn't have minded to lose them so much if my body would just keep up! Lol. I'm disproportioned because I have huge hips and thighs that it basically makes me look flat-chested! I can't really wear an undershirt with a built-in bra because it just smashes them down...

I'm wondering about being a little older, therefore more prone to sag. It seems the extra fat is keeping them still pretty shapely, but i'm worried that gravity may show up worse when I drop the pounds. Anyone know?

See my comment above about bruised knees... ;)

Mine have definitely shrunk. Or deflated lol. And does not help that everyone is like "you look great. But your boobs are getting smaller too". 5 people this past week lol

I am only a little over 2 months out and I have lost about a cup size but also a band size. I am ok with them being smaller as long as it is all proportional in the end :)

I do plan on getting a lift though, they were already pretty saggy from all the weight they had in them so now they are deflated balloons.

Amen... Saving money as we speak for a lift and augmentation lol. I will be a full D if not the DD I've been for 10 years... I loved my boobs. They got me shots and out of tickets lol

Well we have to expect some changes.... I have gone from 42 dd to38 dd but they are hanging low... I was needing a lift before my surgery so the plan is that i will have breast augmentation, arm lift and tummy tuck....

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
