In good news (maybe premature) my tummy feels so much better. Probiotic or less fat?

Notes revised!

Darling if you're taking notes off me I hope you know what a newbie I am!

Lol!You are way further down the track than me misty and I am always keen to learn from other people's experiences good, bad or otherwise :) Then I make my own mind up anyway!

I have just finished packing for the hospital as I have to be there by 6.15am tomorrow for an 8am op.Giving my kids a last bed time cuddle was hard but I am doing this for both them and me.

Surprised myself by sticking to 750 cals a day over the last two weeks but can't honestly say I was super strict with the opti today :) I am down to 122kg.That is 3kg lost in a fortnight and 5kg overall since my first consult with Dr Mosse in April.

A big thanks to everyone in each stage of their sleever journey who have so generously shared on this thread. You are all fabulous people and have helped me more than you know.

All the best today. We will be thinking of you and sending positive thoughts. The operation is easier than you expect and then the fun part really begins. Enjoy the ride and see you on the losers bench.

I soooo feel like a glass of wine!!!!

One thing Diane helped me with so far is that she told me it is OK not to eat morning tea if I'm not hungry! I was always forgetting, and feeling guilty about it. Now I feel like it's OK if I don't want to eat then. Isn't it funny how much we tie ourselves up in knots about things.

I am off work tomorrow and Friday to get ready for my trip. I leave Sunday and I will be in India until the 21st. I will be checking in here periodically. I won't have a scale so that will be tough, but I hope I have a killer loss when I come back! I am feeling excited and a little nervous about what eating real Indian food with the sleeve will be like. It isn't really like what you get at Indian restaurants here, much less fatty and more healthy. And luckily where I am going there is more roti (wheat flat bread) than rice. So I think it will be fine. In the worst case I can always have an egg!

Lissa, Fiona Brown who is a bariatric dietician and is in the FB group that we are both members of - so is absolutely awesome and does phone consults. Maybe send her a message and set something up.

Sorry, don't know where the text disappeared too???? anyway, had to do some pics for my business this week and can't believe how I actually enjoy having photos done as would previously have run and hide

You look great, shell!

I discovered Gravox pre made gravy. I am having the chip gravy (on mince). 22 calories and 0 fat for 1/4 cup!

Shelley, you both look so happy and you look amazing and very fit. You have changed so much physically since I last saw you in January.
