But it is tigher than it was with the pregnancy. I've just started exercising as of today and it feels great getting back into it. I'll keep you all updated as to how I go

Hi guys!!!! It's been ages since I was on here!!!! Life has been busy. I'm due to have my first bub next week ???? Everything has been great with the pregnancy and I have only put on about 15kgs which is great. Yes I freaked at first but I'm happy to say it is all in my tummy and some Fluid in the legs. I'm able to eat heaps but still sticking to my normal foods and have no issues with my blood work which is great. It's awesome to see newbies on here and the oldies too. Keep up the good work guys. The sleeve was the best thing I ever had done Cheers Bec- Attention ! Australian Sleevers
Cool. I hope he gets u in when u want- Attention ! Australian Sleevers
Yeah it does depend on ur surgeon. Plus I knew everything about the surgery and why I wanted and needed it. So Dr Daoud said I was in the right frame of mind. Which surgeon are u going with?- Attention ! Australian Sleevers
I know I didn't need to see a phyic so from my first appointment to surgery was 6 weeks for me. I'm also in Brisbane- Attention ! Australian Sleevers
Great to hear from you again!! I was wondering how you were going. I hope you can work through the pre op. It is hard but once you get past the first 4 days you feel better. But maybe check with other surgeons that don't require you to do a pre op. Good luck with your journey and I hope you work out the best optionfor yourself. We're all still here for you Cheers Bec- Attention ! Australian Sleevers
Hi Ausmith! 12 months already for u that is awesome. How has ur journey been? I'm doing well. We had our first full IVF try last month but I lost it after a week. But that's ok. We're trying again in November. Well this last week I have put on 1.5kgs but I don't know why. But I'll get it off again ???? I think everyone has finally got their lives back and that's why it's so quiet on here. It's great that we have busy lives, but yeah it would be great to hear from everyone from time to time Cheers Bec- Sleeve surgery and PCOS
I was given the ok by my surgeon to start trying for a baby 9 months out. I'm now 15 months post op and will be doing my 6th IVF cycle next month. All u need to do is ask ur surgeon when they are ok for u to start trying- Attention ! Australian Sleevers
Hi everyone!!! Sorry I haven't been around for ages. Life def gets busy when you get the weight off!! Well I have been very busy with all my IVF cycles. We are currently on round 1 of full IVF and am doing the horrible 2 week wait!! But on the up side I had acupunture for my ivf and my friend who did it, helped me with my bowel issues. Since last Saturday I have been going everyday!! Anyway after a 3 month stall I'm finally losing again!! Yay!! I'm now down to 84.1kgs from my start weight of 142.5kgs. I couldn't be happier. This was the best thing I have ever done. Life is great and my hubby and I have been camping so much over the last few months. Plus we went to Hayman Island at the start of August for my brothers wedding. We went hiking, in an seaplane and went snorkeling. It was the best second honeymoon. And I felt like I fitted in! Plus it was the first time my brother had seen me since my op! He had to do a double take. It was the best feeling and he gave me the biggest hug ever (he is a person who doesn't do hugs lol) Anyway ladies and gents. I'll let you all have a great weekend and I'll be dropping by more now. Take care Bec- Sleeve surgery and PCOS
I had trouble losing weight when I came off the pill and my PCOS showed it's ugly head. I had tried every diet under the sun and could not lose a gram!! I know it's hard but when I did my 2 week pre op Optifast diet I lost 7kgs. Maybe if u haven't tried a shake diet u might want too. Or go back to ur GP and ask for some help- June 2013 Sleevers GROUP
Me too!! I still think I'm the fat girl! I just hope one day we'll feel normal Keep up the great work girls u all look awesome- June 2013 Sleevers GROUP

Just thought I'd let u all know. Welcome to all the new people. It's great to see more people joining the group. All the best with ur ops Cheers Bec- Attention ! Australian Sleevers
