Rate Of Water Drinking?

Am just wondering if I am drinking too much at one time. I have gotten into a weird habit of taking a regular size full mouth and then swallowing it bit by bit. I measure a mouthful and it was about 4 oz. is this too much at one time? I am also able to do a couple of these in a row. Now I am concerned that it may be too much. But I don't know how I could get in all my fluid otherwise.

if its not bothering you, i don't think its a problem. I was able to gulp at 6 weeks out without any resistance. As long as you don't feel discomfort from it, I don't see why it would be a problem.
