Blah... I Just Ate A Huge Piece Of Cornbread And An Oreo Cookie!

Why does the bad stuff go down so easy!! When I eat my protein it's much harder to get down and I can't eat nearly as much of it. I am worried I won't win this battle if I do little cheats like that. I am only two months out from surgery and down 32lbs. Sometimes I feel like I just loose control and have to have something sweet!!!! Arg! So mad at myself!

Ok, first thing, do not beat yourself up about this. You are DOWN 32 lbs, obviously you are doing something right. We are going to have slip-ups so just look forward, not back. What is done is done. W

Try not to be mad at yourself, it happens to everyone. Tomorrow is another day. Just think of how much you could have fit in before the sleeve! You're doing great, this isn't a deal breaker.

I would also check out LilMissDiva's Basic Bootcamp in the food and nutrition section and stay on that program for about 3 to 5 days to get the sweet tooth in check. Time to pull up your boot straps and get back to the basics. You can do this, you've done a great job so far! Keep Rockin that Sleeve. ;)
