I am ready to have my plastic surgery done. I am wondering if you anyone has had any experience with any surgeons in the Sacramento area? Thanks in advance!!!

I underwent my vsg surgery! Down 86lbs!! I still look in the mirror and can't believe what I see!!!

Yes.. I set my first goal to be 130- I still felt so fat, so I set my next goal to 125 I have hit 125 from 214 and I still am not satisfied- guess 120-115 is where I think I should be

After you were at goal weight to have plastic surgery? My doctor said you shouldn't do it until you are two years out from your surgery date!!! I'm six months out and have only five more pounds to my goal weight! I can't see myself waiting for another year and a half- I have so much excess skin it's depressing!!!

I am six months out and although I haven't gained, I haven't lost for over a month now. I to graze and snack all day- my appetite is much larger then it was in the beginning and I can eat much more at one sitting! Scares me too!!! I can't fail... I have 10 more lbs to go to goal and it's taking me forever to get to it!!! I really need to get back on track! I wonder does the appetite grow as time goes on? When I'm 1 year out, will I be able to eat more than now?
