Any suggestions or recipes you can share for two-week post-op?

Funny you asked, I was just about to post the same question on here. I am two weeks post op today. I've been eating my mushy foods and protein shakes. Alot of puréed tuna and egg salad both with low fat mayo, very little. I've also had fat free refried beans, which are my favorite!

It depends completely on what your 2 week post-op diet requires. If you're on what's generally called "full liquids" I posted a response to this question yesterday. You can see it here. Tons of ideas out there, you just have to look a bit to find them.

Great ideas. Thanks. The black Beans are calling me. ;)
