Diet-Headache And Hungry

I started the liquid diet yesterday to try to loose at least 15 pounds. I do not need to do the liquid diet yet because I don't have a date yet. I am just trying to loose the minimum amount of weight my surgeon said I would need to loose before surgery.

I woke up this morning with a headache and hungry. I had my morning shake and a bottle of Water. I took tylenol, but it is not helping with my headache.

How long will this last?

What shakes are you taking? Are they filling? From what I have read that should only happen the first two days till your body gets adjusted

I am using EAS with 17g of protein. I have some samples of Ujury that I am fixing to try.

Get lots of rest these first couple days. Everybody says the first 3 days are the hardest...

How do you make them? With just Water? Or do you put skim milk, and maybe add fruits?

The headaches are most likely from sugar or caffeine withdrawels...at least that is what I have seen and read alot. I personally dont drink coffee and very little soda but i am hoping when i have to do the liquid diet i dont encounter this. I am currently on medicine for my migraines as it is!! It should be better in a few days just keep yourself hydrated and i find that Excedrine works the best for headaches (they were recalled off the shelf but the generic is the same). Good luck!
