My surgeon has something else goin on that day and I got the news that my new date now.....April 17th. This kinds sucks considering I only had a week and a half left. So now I have to wait and try to keep all these mixed emotions under control for yet another week.

I'm so sorry about the date change. But the new date will come before you you know it.

I can say that because i was all set for WLS on December 5, 2011, all psyched and everything. The day before surgery, they called me to reschedule. I am ashamed to say this but i actually cried on the phone. I think she felt sorry for me and rushed my new day to for the very next availability which was 12/15/11.

I survived in the wait, i didn't think i would - all ended up smoothly. I'm sured it will for you also, but the change is a bummer.

Sorry to hear that.. but I believe nothing just happens!!! Take the extra time to breath, relax and prepare for the ride of your life!!!

Thanks guys! Yeah I guess it just gives me a little extra time to make sure I have everything in order. Maybe that wasn't suppose to be MY day, so I accept the new date and anticipate the 17th now!

Glad I found this, my date of may 28 just got changed to June 18, no Please at all, so many things running in my mind, then I see this can happen no big problem, so im thinking now just more time to try to loss more weight before surgery....:-) Thanks for bring here at this very moment...
