Hi, I am on my phone, so cant attach to this thread, but I've gone from 235 to 151, and am 5'8, so will give you a rough idea -I did a recent before/after post called my last 3 birthdays, I'll try to get on my pc in the morning to link the image.

I started at 240 i'm 5'3" goal is 135 and my current weight is 149

Thank you. I feel great too!

I wear a small in most tops. And pants are a 6 or 8. Size 7 or 9 juniors. Size 7 panties. At 254, I wore a size 20 jeans and a 3x top. Size 10 panties and they were so tight!!

I'm still 10-15 pounds from my ultimate goal. At the heaviest, I was a size 24-26, XXXL tops. Now I am a size 8-10, M tops.

Kiki I am also impatiently waiting. I have been reading the threads for about a month. Glad I found it because it help me get over being afraid.

I started at 287 pounds, I am 5' 6" and am now down to 155 pounds, 5 months post surgery!

I started in a 4x and am now down to a size 12. My goal is a size 9!!

I have lost 42 and a 1/2 inches total, 13 BMI points and my high blood pressure and pre-diabetes is GONE!
