I had posted this same topic in pre-sleeve bit this is probably thw best place to get answers... To those tjat are post surgery...how do you make sure you don't lose too much weight?

My body will know when to stop. Then I will go on a maintenance to stay at a healthy place.

I was worried about this pre-op but I think it will be easy to maintain a healthy weight.... I could easily eat more....A lot more if I lost too much!

It's easy to gain weight, just eat junk calories and stop moving. I think it's better to be a little underweight when you enter maintenance so you have some wiggle room to gain over time.
