I was sleeved on Jan 3, so I am almost 2 months out. Things have been going well, I am down 31 lbs. This weekend, I made a cake for my husband and my kids...however, I couldn't seem to stay out of it. A little nibble here, a little nibble there...next thing I know, I am vomiting and shaky and just feeling all around bad. I know it was the sugar that did it to me. I am disappointed in myself because I have been religious with following my diet. The lesson? I just can't have trigger foods in the house, period.
