I had those gas pains for a good 4 or 5 days after surgery I noticed that walking as uncomfortable as it may be helped so much!

Walking is the best thing to get the gas out... (of both ends) Once I started passing the gas, I felt soooo much better! Burping wasn't doing it for me. Good luck & don't hold back on the release
Sorry if this is TMI.. but what I would give to burp and... ___ . I have been having gas pian since I woke up from the surgery. They had given me different medicine in the hospital for it but if I wasn't falling asleep then the pain really didn't go away. I'm at home and have been taking Gas x strips. But I'm discouraged because due to the pain I can't tell if Im' full from eating. Granted I havent been able to take much in but I dont think Im getting enough. Today is day 4 and i'm at home... so I can try to stick to the regimen in place. If anyone has been through this some encouragement is all I really need right now.
