just curious..but why would you want to go back to the bad food?

I don't even want fast food! IT's not on my success list. It is so full of fat and added crap that it turns my stomach. Now pizza is a little different. I eat l bite of crust and then eat all the topping if I can. ;) We all follow a different thought process, but I know that the reason I gained so much weight is because of the fast foods I ate. I don't want that to ever happen again. ;)

Simple answer....ask your doctor. Our post-op diets vary widely.

Also, I'd like to echo some of the other posters in that we shouldn't go back to our old comfort foods. Try modifying some foods like pizza. There are recipes on this site when you are at the stage to enjoy them.

Could this be Head Hunger? When you find yourself thinking about Johnny Rockets or Burger King, smile and picture in your head a big lb of butter. Because basically, that's what it is, pure fat. ;)
