OK, I don't know if I'm just letting the liquid diet get to me or what, but as hungry as I am right now....I can't imagine looking at 1/4 cup of food knowing that it's supposed to be satisfying. I know my stomach is still the size of a football, full of Grehlin, so it's making it difficult to see. WILL I be satisfied with 1/4 cup of food on the other side of surgery? Will my head shut itself off from this feeling when I finally get some food?
I hear a lot of unhappiness and strife on this forum from post ops, and the way I feel now makes me wonder if I'm just crazy for wanting to do this so badly. Please tell me some wonderful, flowery tales of fullness and satiety......
