Y'all hang in there--once sleeved, there is an intense period of having to deal with food ("What should I eat? When? How much? Can I have ___?"), and then, things shift into place and you start living

Sitting here right now, I feel like I'm gonna hurl. I've been going bug-nuts with the food funerals!! Someone stop me!!! Oh LORD please flip my switch, I start liquids Monday!!!

Me too! Me too! Tomorrow morning girl! Here we go!!
Ever since I decided to get sleeved I have been on a crazy food funeral binge. I've not gained any weight that hasn't gone right back away (ie: 4lbs the week of my period that was gone again by the next week) so I haven't eaten too much more than normal which is good- but something really interesting has happened and I thought I'd mention it to see if any of you have experienced something similar!
My surgery is 2/6- A week from Monday- and al of a sudden today I have ZERO taste for food. My husband made one of my absolute all time favorites tonight for dinner.... and I am completely disinterested. To the point where the thought of eating it makes me a little bit queasy.
Granted, I was just sick, but yesterday I was starving and wanted to eat EVERYTHING.
Luckily my dr doesn't require a pre-op liquid diet because I would totally blown it last week- but all I've wanted today are liquids, aside from a few bites of scrambled egg this morning and a few slices of deli turkey for dinner.
I'm not sure what it is that changed! Maybe I'm just starting to get really nervous? Whatever it is I am SOOOO glad because I was so scared I was going to go for my weigh-in on Tuesday and find out I had gained weight and can't get my surgery.
Has anyone else had that flip switch into sleeve-mode sort of out of the blue?
