I'm Walkin In A Winter Onederland!

Recommended Posts

Yep it's true! I finally dropped below 200. I never even saw 200. From one weigh in to the next, a week apart, I dropped below 200! It is so cool. I haven't been down here in about 3 years. Even then I was only under it by 3 pounds and it only lasted a month. I had been on Atkins and very quickly spring-boarded up to 230. I really hope I get to stay in onederland from now. I'm eating what I should and have added swimming laps. Oh yeah and my heart burn/acid thing is getting better. Take care and have a safe New Year's Eve!

Thank you everyone!! I use Omeprazole twice a day and GasX strips if the feeling is more of a bloated sensation.

Good work, and an inspiration to those of us who aren't there yet! My doc gave me a prescription for Famotidine (Pepcid), 20 mg, 2X day.

Still under 200 today. Lol....I guess I must have thought it was a fluke or a dream?? But nope, I'm still in onederland. This is great.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
